Comparison & Contrast Essay

The houses on Arla and Duncon are similar but they have their differences

Both the house on Duncan and the house on Arla have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. Both have a car port and they cost the same price ($90,000).

The difference is that the house that is on Duncan is made of brick and the house in Arla is made of wood. While the house on Duncan has a big yard, the other house doesn’t have one. The house that is on Duncan has to pay more for the heat than the other.

If I will have to buy one of the two house I will buy the house that is on Duncan.
